Rachelle Robles Keep track of everything related to the research/QI projects for all the IM residents. This includes for ALL Core and GIM residents:
  • Their individual progress of every resident through the gamut of stages of these projects:
    • contacting the assigned research navigator;
    • obtaining, filling out and filing the several pieces of paperwork related to vetting the project and mentor;
    • arranging and documenting the decisions made at the resident’s meeting with the Vetting and Oversight Group (VOG);
    • arranging and documenting the biyearly subsequent meetings of each resident with the VOG;
    • ensuring the residents comply with the expectations of presenting at resident research day in their 2nd AND 3rd years;
    • obtaining and cataloguing the “products” of these research efforts
