  • Keep in mind that all info pulled need to have the calendar year parameters
    • Are you sure it needs those parameters? I suspect if you used the most current possible, and monitored last editor and last edit date, you would be miles ahead. The problem with adding dates is that it really becomes work because everything will need to be updated, even stuff that has not changed, and there is infrastructure to build and maintain for it etc. We can discuss.

I can see where Dr. ___, MD is somewhat duplicating. Is this just about AR or about how we do credentials on wiki? We do have non-physician PhD Scientists, so without that the MD there will there be a loss of info. I suppose we could use some convention to deal with it. What would that convention be, though? Only physicians get to be called Dr. ___? We may end up with a new person from a more conservative background who takes issue with that. I don't feel strongly about this, just putting down some thoughts, would be interested to hear those from others.

The risk of having them in both is that they can become inconsistent. Critical illness leave St. Boniface HospitalTom, you mention Shared Health in here yet the title says St Boniface; is this shared health wide or specific to each hospital? Some of it seems to be Service Canada, so same for everyone. Would it make more sense to have a "Critical Illness Leave" page that lists and links org specific? Who would know most about this? Tom response-there are nuances between St. B. and Shared Health. The other hospitals seem to follow Shared Health, however I haven't looked at Concordia yet.

  • Do we really want the interview questions and reference check questions to be public? Perhaps this should have instructions on where to find this information on the managers shared drive instead of posting?
    • It depends. Do you want people to be able to give well considered answers that they might have prepared for (which would show you some interest in the job) or do you think it is more important to see how well they are able to perform unprepared and under pressure? I actually wonder if there is any _one_ template for this. Half of SRG is UMG, and even within that group questions would differ significantly from one to the next.

Natasha sent me a scan of a message from MBTelehealh from Jan 2019 about some changes. It doesn't make sense to upload a note about changes when we don't have processes they apply to. Currently many of our secretaries schedule Telehealth sessions to which this all would apply, but do they all go through Natasha? Should they?

  • I propose that we do this by changing the Program Secretary pages to "<section> Admin Support" (e.g. Hepatology Admin Support) pages - this will remove the discussion of Secretary II or III. On those pages we would list the individual responsibilities as structured data:

    • doer (if all, then leave blank)
    • recipient (if all then leave blank)
    • task category (e.g. mail, dictation, whatever would have been a heading before)
    • details (what is done and how, with enough detail for an new, uninitiated secretary to complete the task)
