Name: Manitoba Centre for Proteomics and Systems Biology
Function: The objective of the Manitoba Centre for Proteomics and Systems Biology (MCPSB) is to provide core expertise and services in several areas of relevance to the biological and medical research community in Manitoba and Canada. These areas include but are not limited to bioinformatics, proteomics, protein separation, mass spectrometry, monoclonal antibody production and high content image analysis.

The MCPSB is dedicated to research involving the analysis and functional characterisation of proteins in the context of the organism. This includes the application and development of approaches for isolation, identification and characterisation of proteins and their interactions in health and disease.
