Muse is provided through Citrix, so there is nothing to set up.

Getting access to MUSE

The Systems Analyst or Systems Support Analyst would send the form in. If they are unavailable, please fill in the ACMT form and check off "Other Ehealth Applications-Specify:" box and put MUSE. When you email the form to Digital Health, please specify that you require MUSE for this user as well.

MUSE is available remotely through Remote Access to Shared Health Network - Unmanaged (Home PC) computer experience.

Removing access to MUSE

Cancelling an employee's access to MUSE

The Systems Analyst or Systems Support Analyst would fill this out. If they are away, please fill in the ACMT form and under "Other Requirements/Notes" put "Cancel access to MUSE." If you are cancelling this individual's account, please see Terminating Computer Access at WRHA.

See Remove Users Access to an Application at WRHA‎‎.
