What is MUSE
Marquette Universal System for Electrocardiography (MUSE) is a program made by GE Healthcare that is designed to improve the overall cardiovascular care process for patients, cardiologists, and information managers. It is used by the department's Cardiologists.
Setting up a new employee in MUSE
The Systems Analyst or Systems Support Analyst would send the form in. If they are unavailable, please fill in the ACMT form and check off "Other Ehealth Applications-Specify:" box and put MUSE. When you email the form to Ehealth, please specify that you require MUSE for this user as well.
MUSE is available remotely through Unified Gateway.
Cancelling an employee's access to MUSE
The Systems Analyst or Systems Support Analyst would fill this out. If they are away, please fill in the ACMT form and under "Other Requirements/Notes" put "Cancel access to MUSE." If you are cancelling this individual's account, please see Terminating Computer Access at WRHA.
