What is an Incoming Resident?

Incoming Residents are residents (Rotators) from outside your home program who have been approved for a rotation in your home program - these incoming residents can be from another program from your home university or may be a resident from the same program but from another university.

Example: a resident from Anesthesia Program from the University of Manitoba approved for an elective in Adult Critical Care Program in University of Manitoba or a Critical Care Resident from Dalhousie University approved for an elective in Critical Care at the University of Manitoba.
