Function: | Established in 1994, the IBD Clinical and Research Centre has received international attention and recognition. It has the largest IBD database in North America. In collaboration with researchers at John Hopkins University, this research group is studying the prevalence of NOD2 gene abnormalities in Manitobans with Crohn's Disease. |
Established in 1994 by Dr. Charles Bernstein, the IBD Clinical and Research Centre has received both national and international recognition as being a center of excellence in terms of research and clinical management of IBD patients.
