Critical Care - Room Bookings

Rooms need to be reserved for all of the academic activities taking place daily for the trainees and faculty of the Critical Care program as follows:

For Critical Care - AM Teaching:

Also, all the above rooms are interlinked for multi-site links by Telehealth with SBH E2036 and GGH TLC Conference Room.

For Academic Half Day - Critical Care:

  • Wednesdays 9am-12pm HSC JL397/399 - send a booking request to HSC JL397/399 Meeting Room in Outlook

For Critical Care - Case Based Rounds and Research in Progress:

  • Thursdays 1-2:30pm - HSC JL397/399 - send a booking request to HSC JL399 Meeting Room in Outlook. Meetings are always interlinked for multi-site links by Telehealth with SBH E2036 and GGH Conference Room B or the GGH Bill Larson Lecture Hall (whichever is available).

For SBH E2036 - contact Tanya Dunn at 204-235-3840, and for the GGH rooms, send an Outlook booking request. Telehealth must be booked separately by submitting a form to the Service Desk.

For Critical Care - Journal Club:

  • alternate Wednesdays 6-8pm and Thursdays 1-3pm monthly every academic year - HSC JL397/399 - send a booking request to HSC JL399 Meeting Room in Outlook. Wednesday meetings are linked by Telehealth with SBH E2036 and Thursday meetings are linked to both SBH 2036 and GGH Conference Room B or the GGH Bill Larson Lecture Hall (whichever is available)

For Critical Care - Code Blue SIM Sessions:

  • first Thursday of each academic period 1-3pm - CLSF lab at HSC - an online booking request must be submitted to CLSF Online Bookings
Interro-01.gif I can see the benefit of having a single list of room bookings, and also of having the info of these times on the individual pages for the rounds. The risk of having them in both is that they can become inconsistent. If you really want to keep them in both, you may want to add a reminder to each of the individual rounds listings that you also need to update this page whenever the times change.
