Types of calendar entries for admin staff to enter in a physicians calendar (this may vary depending on physician preference):

  1. Clinic dates
  2. Meetings (Research, Pharma Reps, committees,Section Meetings, ad hoc)
  3. Travel (flights, accommodations, meetings, other details
  4. Physician Call schedule
  5. Rotating residents
  6. Journal Club
  7. Rounds
  8. Stat Dates
  9. Away dates (vacation)
  10. Teleconference
  11. Interviews

Continuous checking of conflicts and double booking is required.

Continuous communication with physician on preference and changes is required.

Also, we would need to list there whether this is in the U of M or WRHA calendar, and then make sure that the main supporting secretary and her alternate have delegate rights to the physician's calendar.
