Accuro is an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) in most HSC Ambulatory Care Clinics.
Some of the instances of Accuro are supported by the Accuro Clinic Support Team.

Setting up Accuro EMR
Delivery is via Citrix, nothing to set up.
Getting access to Accuro EMR
To setup an individual to access Accuro, fill out the ACMT form and check off the Accuro EMR box. Then, click "other Ehealth Applications-Specify" put "Accuro-<the applicable section name>." In the body of the email, put "add access to Accuro-<the applicable section name>."
Shared Health Service Desk will create a ticket with Accuro support.
If access from off-site is required, follow Unified Gateway#Process .
Removing access to Accuro EMR
Please see Remove Users Access to an Application at WRHA. Note that if the person is leaving, you would follow these instructions: Terminating Computer Access at WRHA. If access from off-site was used, also cancel Unified Gateway.
If access from off-site was used for only this application, also cancel Unified Gateway.
