The FAAF is a University of Manitoba form that is used to track necessary compliances and approvals.

All grant submissions to the University of Manitoba need at FAAF included in with their proposal. The attached PDF will give you the information needed to submit to the ORS (Office of Research Services). The electronic FAAF can be found on this page

Approval Signatures

Electronic signatures for the FAAF are required. Send the document via email to the following:

  1. UM Investigator: PI
  2. Department Head via Admin to Department Head
  3. Office of Research Services: researchgrants@umanitoba.ca
