How to update your Outlook information
This article describes how to update the information that people see when they click on your name in Microsoft Outlook.
Process for WRHA Email Addresses
To update just your phone and/or fax number, login to a WRHA computer and go here.
To update your: room #; location; address; title; or manager please email the Systems Analyst with the changes. The Systems Analyst will then fill out an Account and Access Request form which is located here, and select "Modify/Alter Existing Access or Info," and enter the individuals name and username, and ALL information on the user.
When sending the email in with the form, the Systems Analyst will ask the servicedesk to remove all previous information.
Process for University Email Addresses
To update your information at the University, go here and login. Click on the "Gear" icon at the upper right hand corner. On the left hand menu, under "General" select "My Account." Make your updates and then click "Save."
