Organizing the Half day

  • Book RR333 via U of M booking

Are these just booked in Outlook then or is there a different process to this? RR333 is booked through the University of Manitoba and is booked every year in November for January to June and September to December (don't need it for July and August as the Residents hold their own teaching sessions in RR112 for the summer months)

    • alternatively book RR112

via HSC booking or also via U of M? Are these just booked in Outlook then or is there a different process to this? Book RR112 in outlook but it is booked every year by the program admin for the full year.

is that true for either place? NO, Security needs to unlock RR333. RR112 gets unlocked every morning by the PM&R Secretaries.

  • will need laptop and projector - no phone line available
    • The laptop is for RR112 - the Residents keep it in their resident room along with the projector.

so do the residents also bring it, then? If reminded they do.
